His career combines hands-on software development with engineering leadership, requirements analysis, prototyping, architecture, team management, and delivery improvement.
Currently serving as Chief Technology Officer at Maxtronic Systems, Mr. Khan leads the company's technology vision, architecture, and execution. He directs the development of scalable PHP and Laravel applications, architects infrastructure to support business growth, manages and mentors development teams, and implements Agile workflows and engineering best practices to improve code quality and release timelines. He remains hands-on when needed, contributing directly to development to keep delivery on track. He has also introduced AI-assisted development practices and is expanding the organization's capabilities in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, and cybersecurity.
